Whitney Austin wins Donald A. Haefner Freshman of the Year award

Whitney Austin was recognized with the Donald A. Haefner Freshman of the Year award at the Southern Arkansas University Leadership Recognition and Awards banquet held on April 18, 2017.

Austin is a freshman Pre-Pharmacy major from Cabot, AR.

The annual Leadership Recognition and Awards banquet recognizes student leadership and involvement outside of the classroom as a part of SAU's "Complete College Experience."
