Tisha White graduates from SAU with honors

Tisha White from Mena, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

White graduated Summa Cum Laude. To qualify for a Summa Cum Laude distinction, a student must have earned a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

White was a Early Childhood Education major and graduated from the College of Education with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree.
