Texas Long earns a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from SAU

Texas Long graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Southern Arkansas University at the Fall Commencement ceremonies held on December 8, 2017.

Long is from De Kalb, and was a Middle School Education (STEM) major in the College of Education.

SAU 2017 Honor Professor Dr. Abdel Bachri provided both commencement addresses. He currently serves as associate professor of physics, interim dean of the College of Science and Engineering, and the chair of the Department of Engineering and Physics.
