Starcha Moreland Receives Degree from SAU

Starcha Moreland of Minden recently graduated with a associate of science degree in Nursing (AS) from Southern Arkansas University. Moreland was among 179 undergraduate and graduate students receiving degrees during commencement exercises on Friday, Dec. 9.
