Samantha Smith graduates from SAU with honors

Samantha Smith from Harrell, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Smith graduated Cum Laude. To qualify for a Cum Laude distinction, a student must earn a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

Smith was a Chemistry-Pre Health major and graduated from the College of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree.
