Samantha Cox graduates from SAU with honors

Samantha Cox from Foreman, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Cox graduated Summa Cum Laude. To qualify for a Summa Cum Laude distinction, a student must have earned a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

Cox was a Mathematics major and graduated from the College of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree.
