The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student-governed organization that represents all students living on SAU campus. The organization promotes on-campus living and community development through various programs and interest groups, as well as provides leadership opportunities on hall councils.

For the past four years, the record number of students choosing to live on SAU's campus to enjoy the complete college and residential living experience has continued to increase. With this record growth, University Housing added two new residence halls, Magnolia and Columbia, in 2016, and another two are scheduled to open for the fall 2017 semester.
