Michael Cao receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Michael Cao, from Royal, Ark., was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Cao was a Psychology major, and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Science degree.
