Ketra Shelton receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Ketra Shelton, from El Dorado, Ark., was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Shelton was a Criminal Justice major, and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Science degree.
