Katy Medford competed in the NCAA Division II Cheerleading College Nationals

Katy Medford traveled to Daytona Beach, Florida, from April 3-9, 2017, to compete in the NCAA Division II Cheerleading College Nationals.

Medford is a freshman Athletic Training major from Camden, AR. She was part of a troupe of 17 Southern Arkansas University Mulerider cheerleaders to participate in the competition.

The squad placed 3rd in the Challenge Cup, ranking them 9th in the nation in the Division II Intermediate All-Girls category.
