Joseph Walker receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Joseph Walker, from Texarkana, Texas, was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Walker was a Psychology major, and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor or Science degree.
