Jasmine Cheatham receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Jasmine Cheatham, from Texarkana, Ark., recently graduated with a Social Work degree.

Cheatham was among 122 undergraduates and 35 graduates who received their degrees at the SAU Fall Commencement ceremonies on December 13, 2013.
