James Cooper receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

James Cooper, from Camden, Ark., was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Cooper was a General Studies major, and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Associate of Arts degree.
