James Burkham graduates from SAU with honors

James Burkham from Hope, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Burkham graduated Cum Laude. To qualify for a Cum Laude distinction, a student must earn a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

Burkham was a Political Science major and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
