Holly Hooker graduates from SAU with honors

Holly Hooker from Hope, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Hooker graduated Summa Cum Laude. To qualify for a Summa Cum Laude distinction, a student must have earned a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

Hooker was a Early Childhood Education major and graduated from the College of Education with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree.
