Hanna Gill earns NFCA Division II All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition

Hanna Gill of Albany, La., was recently honored by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for her academic accomplishments over the 2013-14 season.

Gill is a senior Biological Science major. She was one of 12 Lady Mulerider Softball student-athletes recognized for academic performance. To receive this prestigious academic recognition, the student-athlete must have a GPA of 3.50 or higher.

The Lady Muleriders, who collectively earned a 3.44 GPA for the 2013-14 academic year, were named as a NFCA DII All-Academic Team. SAU Softball proudly posted the twenty-first highest GPA among all DII schools.
