Gerod Hubbard volunteered at Special Olympics Arkansas AREA event

Gerod Hubbard of Hooks, Texas, recently earned experience while volunteering for the Special Olympics Arkansas AREA at Southern Arkansas University.

Hubbard is a junior Athletic Training major.

Hubbard volunteered in the Special Olympics Arkansas AREA as a student referee.

The Special Olympics is an annual event hosted by the Health, Kinesiology, and Recreation Department at SAU. The Special Olympics offers students with a hands on experience to practice class lessons and also an opportunity to give back to the community.
