Daniel Pletcher receives an RHA award from SAU

Daniel Pletcher, of Texarkana, was recently honored with an award for his outstanding service and commitment to the Southern Arkansas University Residence Hall Association at the 35th Annual RHA Banquet on April 25, 2016.

Pletcher, a freshman Political Science major, was honored with the RHA Outstanding Freshman of the Year award. This award is given to Pletcher for his support for RHA, Hall Council, residence hall, and University Housing.

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student-governed organization that represents all students living on SAU campus. The organization promotes on-campus living and community development through various programs and interest groups, as well as provides leadership opportunities on hall councils.
