Chelsie Bounds of Russellville earns a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Chelsie Bounds of Russellville was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 6, 2016.

Bounds was a Communications Design major and graduated Cum Laude from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Bounds and the other recent SAU graduates now have the college degree with the highest return on their investment from any Arkansas institution of higher education, according to the U.S. Department of Education. For more information, visit www.SAUmag.edu.
