Chardesia George of El Dorado earns a scholarship from SAU

Chardesia George of El Dorado High School has been selected to receive the Achievement Scholarship from Southern Arkansas University.

This scholarship includes $1000 per semester and has a four-year value of $8000.

George is the daughter of Charles and Dana George.

Southern Arkansas University is the home of the Muleriders and offers the complete college experience in Magnolia, Ark. For the past several years, SAU has repeatedly surpassed enrollment records in part because of its comprehensive list of undergraduate and graduate degree programs, which includes exciting new offerings like the B.F.A. in Music Theatre, Engineering, Computer Game and Animation Design, Business Entrepreneurship, and Wildlife and Marine Biology.
