Chandra Gurung graduates from SAU with honors

Chandra Gurung from Magnolia, Ark., graduated with honors from Southern Arkansas University at the Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Gurung graduated Cum Laude. To qualify for a Cum Laude distinction, a student must earn a cumulative GPA from 3.8 to 3.9 at the end of their program.

Gurung was a Nursing (BSN) major and graduated from the College of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
