Chandler Luther of Texarkana Earns a Scholarship from SAU

Chandler Luther of Texarkana, a recent graduate from Arkansas High School, has been selected to receive a Achievement scholarship from Southern Arkansas University. This scholarship includes $1,000 per semester and has a four year value of $8,000 .

Luther is the son of Steve Luther.
