Caleigh Moyer was awarded the prestigious American FFA Degree

Caleigh Moyer, of Lincoln, Ark., was recognized at the National FFA (Future Farmers of America) Convention with the prestigious American FFA Degree.

Moyer is a sophomore Agriculture Business major.

Less than .5% of all FFA members receive this honor. In addition to the degree, each recipient receives a gold American FFA Degree key.

In order to receive this award, students must have a record of outstanding leadership skills, complete at least 50 hours of community service within at least three different community service activities, and have a "C" grade point average or better.
