Barbara Rutter receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Barbara Rutter, from New Llano, La., recently graduated with a Engr/Physics:Ind Tech degree.

Rutter was among 122 undergraduates and 35 graduates who received their degrees at the SAU Fall Commencement ceremonies on December 13, 2013.
