Barbara Rutter Graduates with Honors

Barbara Rutter, from Newllano, La., graduated from Southern Arkansas University at the Fall 2013 commencement.

Rutter graduated Cum Laude . To qualify for a Cum Laude distinction, a student must earn a cumulative GPA from 3.5 to 3.7 at the end of their program.

Rutter obtained a degree in Engr/Physics:Ind Tech.
