Aziztitu Murugan presented at the National Collegiate Honors Council meeting in Atlanta

Aziztitu Murugan attended and presented at the National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) meeting held in Atlanta from November 8-11, 2017.

Murugan, from El Dorado, is a sophomore Computer Science: Cyber Security and Privacy major.

Murugan, with team member Ori, presented a poster: Seamless Timecard: Securing a Previously Unsecured Web App. They developed that Web app and demonstrated how to fix any security loopholes.

Director of SAU's Honors College Dr. Ed Kardas and Dr. Ken Thomas, of Auburn University, also presented about Cuba.

The National Collegiate Honors Council is an international community of educational institutions, professionals, and students who are passionate about advancing honors education. NCHC will meet in Boston in 2018, and Kardas hopes to take several honors students to that meeting as well.
