Ashley Osborne elected to SAU's Student Government Association 2015-2016

Ashley Osborne, of Texarkana, was recently elected College of Science and Technology Senator for Southern Arkansas University's Student Government Association for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Osborne is a senior Biological Science major.

Students who serve on SAU's Student Government Association gain valuable leadership experience, and their voice is heard on campus. In recent years, SGA has successfully rallied to have a recreational facility added to campus. Administration supported their request, and the Mulerider Activity Center was constructed and has become a popular place for students who enjoy working out, playing basketball and other intramural sports.
