Angela Scott receives a degree from Southern Arkansas University

Angela Scott, from Camden, Ark., was honored at the Southern Arkansas University Spring Commencement on May 9, 2014.

Scott was a Public Administration major, and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Master of Public Administration degree.
